Our Home Watch Services are generally provided through annual service agreements tailored to each property's occupancy schedule and specific needs. During periods when a property is vacant or only periodically occupied, homeowners receive active property oversight and routine Home Watch services designed to provide peace of mind while they are away.
When homeowners return to the property for extended periods, the agreement remains active with limited ongoing oversight and continued property support, while service rates are adjusted accordingly.
While many clients choose ongoing Home Watch service plans, short-term and one-time property monitoring services may also be available based on availability and property needs.
Because every property and homeowner's needs are unique, pricing is customized based on factors such as property size, occupancy schedule, visit frequency, and requested services. We are happy to provide a personalized service proposal following a complimentary consultation.
